My car was stranded in a parking lot because the key would not turn the ignition. I called and got a very quick response. The owner made the drive out to Novi, and replaced the broken part within a half hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave me a 90 day warranty on the fix in case of any problems. Overall a great experience with this business!

He was there in a flash and the locks were off even quicker. He helped me a ton! Would definitely recommend. Good prices as well.

This is the place to call. Less than 15 min to make a chipped key for my F150. Highly recommended.

This fellow is awesome! Michael provided a quote over the phone for the four locks that I needed to have changed. Not only was his rate very reasonable but he did not charge an additional service fee just for coming to my home. He provided as many keys as I wanted for the new locks without charging extra. At the last minute I asked if he could make a duplicate key for my car. I was surprised when he said yes because of the security chip in the key. I can now relax because I finally have a spare key for my vehicle. Overall, great service and great prices! Mike was great! He was fast, efficient and cheaper than others. He got us 2 new keys for my husband truck because the only key we had ti ut got lost. It eas a truck with a security chip which dealerahip did not have code for! Thanks Mike. Great job!
